The Center for Scientific and Technological Equipment, Walailak University, Organizes the 1st “Design Thinking” Workshop to Enhance Personnel Competencies and Foster Innovative Thinking on 22 May 2026.
- The Center for Scientific and Technological Equipment, Walailak University organized a Design Thinking Workshop for its personnel in the first session, with a total of 42 participants. The workshop aimed to enhance knowledge and develop personnel’s capabilities in design thinking, leading to improved work processes, systematic problem-solving, and innovation in the workplace.
- The activity was honored by Ms. Kamonthip Tangthamnniyom and Mr. Worasit Luangngoen from Banpu Public Company Limited, together with the WU Talent: Next Gen Leader team, who served as facilitators and shared their knowledge through hands-on activities.
- The workshop employed a participatory learning approach, providing participants with opportunities to think critically, analyze issues, exchange perspectives, and practice creative problem-solving skills.
- The workshop focused on developing participants’ understanding of the Design Thinking process, from identifying and understanding problems, exploring potential solutions, and brainstorming ideas to developing concepts and turning them into practical applications. These approaches can be effectively applied to improve work processes and enhance the organization’s services.
- In addition, the Center for Scientific and Technological Equipment would like to express its sincere appreciation to the facilitators from Banpu Public Company Limited and the WU Talent: Next Gen Leader team for their support of the activity and for generously sharing their knowledge, experience, and valuable insights with the Center’s personnel free of charge.
- This collaboration represents a meaningful partnership that promotes personnel development and fosters knowledge sharing and mutual learning between organizations.
- Through this activity, participants gained new knowledge, enhanced their understanding, and developed fresh perspectives on their work. They were also able to apply the concepts and tools learned from the workshop to improve their work processes and enhance the organization’s operational efficiency in the future.
