The Center for Scientific and Technological Equipment, Walailak University, Conducts a Hands-on Workshop on the Care and Maintenance of Medical Simulation Manikins for Practical Training on 8 June 2026.
- On 8 June 2026, The Center for Scientific and Technological Equipment, Walailak University, in collaboration with 4D E.M. Co., Ltd., organized a hands-on workshop entitled “Care and Maintenance of Simulation Models for Practical Training.”
- The workshop was designed to enhance participants’ knowledge and practical skills in the care and maintenance of simulation models, including both training manikins and anatomical models. The training covered more than 900 simulation models to ensure their proper use, optimal performance, and extended service life.
- The workshop was conducted with the following objectives:
- 1. To enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of the proper care and maintenance of medical training manikins and anatomical models.
- 2. To extend the service life of medical training manikins and anatomical models while reducing long-term maintenance and repair costs.
- 3. To develop structured and continuous maintenance guidelines for effective long-term management.
- Throughout the training, participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences and discuss practical challenges encountered in laboratory operations, while receiving valuable guidance and solutions from expert instructors.
- The Center for Scientific and Technological Equipment, Walailak University, would like to express its sincere appreciation to the management for recognizing the importance of personnel development and for supporting the organization of this activity.
