- The Center for Scientific and Technological Equipment, Walailak University Congratulations to Miss Anchalee Brahmano, a staff member of the Center for Scientific and Technological Equipment, Walailak University, on her contribution to the research study entitled:
- “A Unified and Isocratic RP-HPLC-UV Method for Azithromycin Determination Across Multiple Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms”
- which was published in the Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Science in 2026.
- This research work resulted from a collaboration between the School of Pharmacy and the Center for Scientific and Technological Equipment, Walailak University. The research team comprised Dr. Pornphak Sirathanaran, Miss Nattanun Pamutha, Miss Piyaporn Chankuang, Miss Benyapa Singharothai, and Miss Anchalee Brahmano.
- The research aimed to develop an RP-HPLC-UV method for the quantitative analysis of azithromycin in various pharmaceutical dosage forms using a single set of analytical conditions. This approach helps simplify the analytical process and demonstrates potential for application in pharmaceutical quality control laboratories. Validation of the method in accordance with the ICH Q2(R2) guidelines demonstrated its accuracy and precision, as well as its applicability to commercially available pharmaceutical products.
- This achievement reflects the strong collaboration between researchers and scientific support personnel in applying their knowledge, expertise, and scientific instrumentation capabilities to support and advance research toward practical applications.
