- January 21, 2022 at Thailand Science Park Convention Center – NSTDA Pathum Thani Province. : Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation by NSTDA Characterization and Testing Service Center (NCTC). - Dr. Natthaphon Wuttiphan Director of NSTDA Characterization and Testing Service Center (NCTC) As Secretary of TSEN mentioned the results of the inter-agency cooperation in TSEN over the past 5 years. In the first phase, 17 agencies are preparing to step into the “Testing Hub” with ASEAN standards. By working in the form of a Thailand Scientific Equipment Center Network or TSEN. Which has the objective of cooperation to be a center for exchanging knowledge. The experience of the domestic tool center in all areas, including : Management, Conducting Test Analysis, Calibration and Academic Services, Development of Laboratory Standards, Building a database of scientific instruments, Maintenance of scientific instruments, Personnel Development, Research and Development Support, Build connections both at home and abroad. It also supports the utilization of tools and resource management together. To achieve operational goals A group has been established to promote and drive development in 6 areas : (1) Commercial Research Group. (2) Laboratory Standards and Analytical Methods Development Group. (3) Knowledge Management Group for procurement of equipment. (4) Laboratory Competency Database Group. (5) Scientific equipment maintenance and networking activities and personnel development groups. And (6) Laboratory Safety Group. Including the creation of a database of important scientific tools together with the TSEN network that is published information. can be accessed and utilized through. www.tsen.in.th

(9) Burapha University. (10) King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. (11) King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. (12) Mae Fah Luang University. (13) Mahidol University. (14) Walailak University. (15) Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research. (16) Silpakorn University. (17) Srinakharinwirot University. (18) Prince of Songkla University. (19) Suranaree University of Technology. (20) Ubon Ratchathani University. And (21) National Science and Technology Development Agency by NSTDA Characterization and Testing Service Center (NCTC). From this cooperation, it will be a One Stop Service operation in the field of analytical testing services jointly with The Center for Scientific and Technological Equipment in all regions of the country. It will help drive Thailand to be strong and prosper on the global economic stage. As well as supporting research and product development in both the public and private sectors in various industries with standardized test analysis through laboratories and The Center for Scientific and Technological Equipment. Within the country that are recognized both nationally and internationally Make the potential of test analysis in the country equivalent to international standards to support the expansion into ASEAN-level Testing Hub in the future.
